Every wheel leaves our shop road ready, with no hidden “refit” extras.
Stage 1 – Remove, Inspect & Strip
Wheels come off the car, tyres deflated. Old coatings are sanded to bare alloy, revealing cracks or corrosion.
Stage 2 – Repair & Refinish
kerb rash and repairs prepped. Wheels are then re sprayed with AkzoNobel colour and sealed in Dynacoat HS clear.
Stage 3 – Oven Cure, Balance & Refit
Haltec low-bake ovens cure coatings for maximum durability. Wheels are torqued to manufacturer spec and a final quality inspection is carried out.
