1. Definitions

“Customer” / “You”: the person or business receiving services.

2. Agreement & Booking

Once accepted, the Quotation is valid for 14 days.
3. Scope & Changes

We agree to carry out the Services in exchange for the agreed fee.

Any additional work or parts required will be quoted for and only undertaken after your approval.
4. Pricing & Payment

Prices include labour, materials, certification and itemised parts.

Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

Full payment is due upon completion and before collection or delivery of your vehicle.

We reserve a right to a lien on your vehicle until full payment is received.
5. Approvals & Insurance Claims

We carry insurance work and can liaise with them if requested.

However, you remain responsible for any shortfall if your insurer rejects any or full payment.
6. Completion & Timeline

We will provide you with an estimated completion date.

Delays may arise due to factors outside our control (e.g., parts, insurers).

If delays occur, we will update you as soon as possible.
7. Collection & Storage

Please collect your vehicle within 24 hours of being notified.

Vehicles not collected within this time may incur daily storage fees.

We will supply the vehicle only once all outstanding charges are paid.
9. Customer Responsibilities

You must inform us of any prior non-original repairs or coatings, as they may affect results.

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before drop-off.

If loaned a courtesy car, it must be returned within 24 hours or further hire charges may apply.
10. Parts & Goods

Title in parts and replaced goods remains with us until full payment is received.

Parts ordered specially for you (e.g., colour-specific panels) may not be refundable if you cancel.
11. Cancellation & Changes

You can cancel before we start work—only costs for parts or work already underway will apply.

Once work has commenced, cancellation may incur full labour and parts charges.

We may also cancel if unforeseen circumstances arise, with a full refund if no work has been performed.
12. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect basic data (name, vehicle info, contact) to fulfil your booking.

Your details may be shared with insurers or parts suppliers as necessary.

13. Customer Complaints

If you're unhappy with any part of our service, contact us promptly so we can resolve it.

15. Force Majeure & Insolvency

If the Customer enters insolvency, all sums due become payable immediately.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
